KATRAFAY - NATURO Flora

USE ADVICE 

1. INFUSION Boil some water and add a few pieces of Katrafay bark. Leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
2. DECOCTION Boil the bark for 30 minutes. This extracts more of the active ingredient (PA). You can then use this decoction for external applications or as a drink.
3. TOPICAL APPLICATION Cataplasm: infuse the bark in hot water, then soak a clean cloth and apply to the affected area.
4. AROMATHERAPY :  You can use the bark in a diffuser.
